As HVAC Operations Manager, Jeff works to ensure all HVAC projects are estimated, executed, tracked, and evaluated pursuant to the Performance Mechanical (PMI) Way: providing exceptional client relations while meeting or exceeding the client’s and PMI’s expectations in a proactive, professional, organized, and honest manner.


Jeff has over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, including project management and estimating. He has expertise in cost and labor management, scheduling, procurement, document management, contract and change order negotiations, and subcontractor management, to name a few relevant strengths.

He has managed over $232 million in projects for food and beverage, power plants, water treatment, hydrant fueling, refineries, and other facilities and industries. His HVAC knowledge includes boilers, chillers, heat pumps, glycol systems, VRF systems, HHW radiators, and radiant flooring.

Jeff earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from California State University at Chico. He attended the Advanced Leadership Institute at Babson College and the MCAA Advanced Institute for Project Management. He continues to attend classes and seminars on various construction topics that improve the client experience, including topics like client relations and use of technology.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
