Performance Mechanical, Inc moved into Pittsburg shortly after the company was founded in 1985. At that time, PMI easily fit into a small office building with an adjacent warehouse and fabrication shop facilities. Since then, we have grown into our current facility which encompasses several office areas, over 12,000 square feet of inside warehouse space, significant outside storage space, and a fully equipped fabrication shop.
The Pittsburg office is centrally located to service our clients in the principal industrial areas of the San Francisco Bay area with access to the freeways that run throughout North-Western California. Pittsburg is also home to our corporate headquarters, operations, and administrative personnel.
With over 90% of our work with repeat clients, PMI Pittsburg provides the model on which our other locations were built: A local contractor, with local ties providing unmatched service to local businesses.
