Antioch, CA Gateway Generating Station Underground Piping and Power Train Equipment

PMI installed underground piping for two combustion turbines, two HRSGs, one steam turbine, one air cooled condenser and associated facilities for the Gateway Generating Facility. The scope of work included piping, storm drains, trench excavation, bedding, backfill, drop inlets, underground valves, fire hydrants, floor drains, manholes, and the management of Trade labor, Subcontractors and the project schedule.

We are also currently working on the installation and erection of (2) GE 7FA Gas Turbine Generators, (1) GE D11 Steam Turbine Generator and all GE accessories. The scope of work includes loading, setting, and alignment of heavy haul items, installation of piping, pipe supports, in-line instruments, steel structures, platforms, enclosures, and the management of Trade labor, Subcontractors and the project schedule.

Herald, CA Consumnes Power Project

Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) chose PMI to complete construction of a 500 mega watt combined cycle power plant. PMI performed the following activities to finish the project after its original General Contractor was removed from the site by the Owner:

City of Burbank

Burbank, CA Magnolia Power Plant

PMI performed all piping work for a 310 mega watt combined cycle Power and Water Treatment Plant for the City of Burbank. We installed above ground and underground piping including: chrome, stainless, carpenter 20, carbon steel, PVC and cast iron. Piping was built to B31.1 and Section 1 using PMI's "PP" and "S" ASME code stamps.

Bakersfield, CA Pastoria Power Plant

The Pastoria Power Plant in Bakersfield, California is a seven hundred mega watt power plant. We erected 3-7 FA gas turbines (GE) 1 - A-10, and 1 - D-11 steam turbines with condensers. We completed BOP piping systems, and related equipment for the entire plant.
