El Segundo, CA Chevron Depropanizer UnitFor this project PMI installed foundations, underground piping, a new depropanizer tower, a four level steel structure, vessels, and pumps. We also installed new 30" Cooling Water piping, supports, and access platforms from tie in at existing underground piping to new pumps and pump well, and tie into basin at existing Cooling Tower.

Valero Benicia Refinery
Benecia, CA Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) MechanicalAfter a one year duration, PMI completed the installation of all mechanical equipment at the Valero Refinery in Benicia, Ca. The mechanical equipment included heaters, reactors, columns, vessels, exchangers, air coolers, pumps, modular pipe racks, and associated large bore and small bore piping. Project also included fabrication of all small bore piping; management of subs and schedule for our work and work by others.

Shell Oil Refinery
Martinez, CA Contract Service AgreementPMI has been at the Shell Oil refinery to perform ongoing Time and Material and Lump Sum projects. The work consists of new piping fabrication and installation; platform installation; equipment setting and repair; turnaround and maintenance work; civil foundation and pipe supports; code repair and new code work.

Tesoro Refinery
Martinez, CA ALKY DIB Release MitigationPMI performed civil, structural and piping work for this project. For the civil portion, we drove precast concrete piles, and installed pile cap and pedestal type foundation for new vessel. We also poured the concrete slab, which was a forty foot by forty foot area. Structurally PMI added fifty supports to the existing pipe rack, and also added a platform and ladders to new vessel. The scope of work included craft workers fabricating and installing one thousand LF of eighteen inch dimension piping, and fabricating and installing one thousand LF of vessel trim and pump piping.
