As Vice President for Pre-Construction & Compliance, Kevin heads the Business Development, Estimating, Safety, and Quality Departments for Performance Mechanical, Inc. (PMI). These critical departments are responsible for a large part of the business and incorporated in all project phases.  Kevin works to support a formula for repeat business and successful client and project development, which consists of competitive and professional delivery of estimates, industry-leading safety programs, and a firm commitment to high-quality performance.

Kevin has a results-driven approach to leadership that helps him thrive in fast-moving, high-stress environments. Regardless of circumstances, he strives to provide oversight, visionary direction, and expert mentoring to teams as they work toward common goals.

Expertise

Kevin’s industrial mechanical expertise includes qualification as a responsible managing employee (RME) for PMI’s C-36 Plumbing License. He has administrative credentials through Dale Carnegie Sales Training, as well as West Point’s Thayer Leader Development Training. Demonstrating his commitment to safety, Kevin also holds an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certificate for Contra Costa County.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Chico, where he also minored in marketing and recreation administration.

The Personal Side

Kevin is married with three children. During leisure time, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and freelance writing. An active member of his community, Kevin also referees youth soccer and writes a monthly column for his local newspaper.
