As General Manager for Performance Mechanical, Inc.'s (PMI) operations in Northern California, Steve is responsible for maintaining and consistently delivering project value to customers.

In order to achieve this goal, Steve works closely with a talented team of Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Field Supervisors. He deeply values customer services and enjoys working hand in hand with clients, understanding the value that a project with PMI can bring to their perspective facility.

Expertise

Steve has more than 13 years of experience in the industrial industry, all of which have been with PMI. His career began with an internship at PMI, while he was still earning his degree. After graduation, Steve returned to the company as a Field Engineer and worked his way through various positions of increasing responsibility before reaching his current position.

Throughout his career, Steve has been involved in almost every type of project – from small food and beverage facilities to large-scale power generation plants and petroleum refineries. Because of his diverse management and field experience, he can impact projects at all levels: estimating, quality, safety, project execution, fiscal management, close out, and more.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento.

The Personal Side

Steve has been married for 10 years and has one son. He enjoys hunting, tractors, 4H, and spending time with his family.
